What can we help you with?

Is the 1G wireless network secured? How do residents ensure security.

The network is private and secure for each unit. When the resident moves-in they will be issued a password and they will be all set to use. The common area WiFi is open and not password protected.

How do I reserve a garage?

Garages can only be reserved by one of the on site team members. Please email info@liveuptownboca.com with your request and a community representative will respond.

Can I have pets?

No more than 3 animals in an apartment are allowed. The Community may restrict certain breeds including but not limited to: Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Cane Corso, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrid, Akita, Dalmatian, and Bull Mastiffs. This list is subject to change at any time without notice. Damages caused by Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals WILL be charged back to the resident per Florida Statue 413.06. All pet owners who do not comply with pet waste pick up guidelines will be charged a minimum pet waste pick up fee of $75 per occurrence. Non refundable one time pet fee required. For 1 pet,$500, 2 pets $750 and 3 pets $900.

Office hours?

Monday – Friday 9-6PM Saturday 10-5PM and Sunday 1-5PM. Our office is not currently accepting in person guest. However, we are scheduling virtual tours. We are here for our guest by appointment and telephone communication only.

Pool hours?

In order to maintain the peace and quiet of the community, pool hours for Uptown Boca residents is dawn to dusk.

How do I apply for an apartment?

To apply for one our beautiful apartment homes go to liveuptownboca.com and click on Apply Now. Choose your apartment home and begin the application process. You can also email info@liveuptownboca.com for assistance.

Can I purchase renters insurance through the community?

Yes, renters insurance can be purchased through ePremium. The policy will automatically upload into your Uptown Boca portal. The cost for renters insurance through Uptown Boca/ePremium is ___________.

Who do I call if I have an after hour emergency?

If you have an after hours maintenance emergency in your apartment home please call ____________ and a Uptown Boca representative will respond.
